CTroads (ctroads.org/map) is the Connecticut Department of Transportation's live traveler information site, built around an interactive map.
The map layers traffic speeds, traffic cameras, incidents and delays, roadwork, message signs, and weather alerts, forecasts and radar. You can plan a route by entering a start and destination, adding waypoints, choosing Drive or Transit, and avoiding tolls. It also marks airports, train stations, ferries, Park & Ride lots, service plazas and rest areas.
Beyond the map, the site has lists of traffic events, cameras, message signs, travel times and work zones, plus advisories, news, an FAQ and API documentation for developers. Registered users can save routes, build a "My Cameras" set, and choose when to receive event and Emergency Alerts.
